FitSkiing Store Policies
General Policies
We normally SHIP all in stock items within 7 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to California) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. No additional freight charges will be incurred on any items backordered. Please understand that these are our best estimates of actual delivery times...they are not guaranteed delivery times. Deliveries during the busy holiday season may take considerably longer.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to Canada will be shipped via Priority Mail in order to reduce or eliminate brokerage fees.
Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
- State
- NC 5 %
- CO 6.9 %
SALES TAX COLLECTED FOR ALL SHIPMENTS TO North Carolina and Colorado

Please note that we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Pay Pal.
Order Cancellation Policies
IF YOU REFUSE AN ORDER, WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED, TO YOU PRIOR TO OUR ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH THE FREIGHT CHARGES TO YOU AND THE RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES BACK TO US.
Warranties
Manufacturers warranty if any will apply. FitSkiing, Inc offers no other warranty either expressed or implied.
Return Policies
Returns on all items will be accepted for 30 days and a full refund to your credit card will be given for all merchandise returned in original saleable condition, with the exception of specific items listed below.
*We do not accept returns of electronic downloads. All sales on electronic downloads are non-refundable. If there is a problem in the download process please email us at support@fitskiing.com and we will assist you with the download process.
YOU MUST EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@FITSKIING.COM FOR "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE.
MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER "RETURN AUTHORIZATION” WILL BE REFUSED OR RETURNED TO YOU AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.
Items, which have been authorized for return, must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
We will gladly refund shipping charges on all defective merchandise, but all other
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
All images represent our products to the best of our ability within the limits of the Internet and computer graphics. Unfortunately, individual computers show items differently.
My SkiCoach Fees
FitSkiing, Inc. charges a subscription fee ("Fees") for the use of the Service. FitSkiing, Inc. expressly reserves the right to change the Fees at any time, upon notice to you. By registering for a My SkiCoach account, you agree to pay FitSkiing, Inc. the Fees for the Service applicable to the account level chosen. The Fees for the Service do not include any payment for telecommunications and computer hardware, software, telecommunications access charges, lines or connections or other equipment and services required to access and use the Service. All Fees, Taxes (as defined herein) and other charges will be billed to your credit card at the current international currency conversion rate. You are responsible for and shall pay FitSkiing, Inc. all currency conversion charges, sales, use, value-added, personal property or other tax, duty or levy of any kind, including interest and penalties thereon (collectively, "Taxes") for the use of the Services or resulting from this Agreement, whether imposed now or hereinafter by any governmental entity. You agree to promptly pay FitSkiing, Inc. in the event of any refusal of your credit card issuer to pay any amount to FitSkiing, Inc. for any reason. You agree to pay interest at the rate of either 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, together with costs of collection, including attorney's fees and costs. In the event you fail to pay any amount when due, FitSkiing, Inc. may immediately suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to the Service.
Refunds are available to any pre-paid member who is unsatisfied with their membership to My SkiCoach. The refunded amount will be equal to the difference between the initial payment and the remaining balance on the account.
Store Privacy Policies
WE DO NOT ELECTRONICALLY CAPTURE ANY CUSTOMER INFORMATION DURING YOUR BROWSING OR ORDERING PROCESS. WE ONLY CAPTURE INFORMATION, WHICH IS VOLUNTARILY GIVEN AND NECESSARY TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. WE DO NOT SHARE CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH ANY OUTSIDE FIRMS. WE RESPECT OUR CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY.
